- Contingent search is a percentage of first-year fixed remuneration. Retained and embedded engagements are milestone-based. We agree everything in writing before we start.
- Do you offer a guarantee?
- Yes. Permanent placements come with a replacement guarantee period agreed at the point of engagement.
